Summing up the activity of 2000 Regards, Pradet Arts Space yearly shows, intervenings within schools and film projection in communities nest to Greater Toulon within 6 years of action, our association has got largely fullfilled his duty, following to the success of the best shows.

I have pleasure to say, with our local elected, the merging of the communities of The Pradet and La Garde, in order to find together the financial and logistics means lacking and producing a great regional celebration.

A more important aid by the will be sustained by the Elected Ones within our Regional and Regional Councils as well as within the Community of Greater Toulon.

Under these conditions, we could give a new breath to 2000 Regards and endowing our Region, craddle of "Mousquemers" and of diving history, from one event deserving its historical past.

Consequently this present year 2000 Regards will take place at the same time at La Garde and Le Pradet in respective halls: Gérard Philippe at La Garde and The Art Space at Le Pradet. We are considering as thematics for 2006 exploration and sut also the protection of deeps ocean. This exposition will be mounted in partenership with two main actors:

IFREMER who will bring up its study about the Ocean deeps.

NAUSICAA, the National center of Boulogne Sea.

LA COMEX, who will bring up material.

The Guest of Honnor will be Mr. The Professor Lucien Laubier, presenttly Chairman of Institute Oceanographical of Monaco, Science Academy Member and Wordly Expert about Ocean deeps fauna.Henri-Germain Delauze Président fondateur de la COMEX

Heart and soul: Special guest of 2000 Regards, The Professor Nozomu IWASAKI specialist of Ocean deeps fauna comming from KOCHI university (Japan), will exclusively present, for the first time in Europe the pictures of living calamary to be photographed 900 meter deep near the Japanese Islands of OGASAWARA, with the ROV Kaiko and seafloor observatory system.
